Contract of Employment

All essential terms and conditions for the employment must be described in a contract of employment / proof of employment concluded between the employer and the employee. The contract must be prepared, approved and signed not later than one month after the employment relationship has started.
The contract of employment should inform your employee about all essential terms and conditions regulating the employment. In the following, you will find a template for employment of employees covered by the collective agreements.
The contract of employment must be issued not later than one month after the employment relationship has started. We encourage you to prepare it when the employee starts at the latest, since some terms and conditions, such as probation period, require a written agreement between the parties in order to be valid.
