The project level clearly defines why you are developing projects. How you deal and manage things. Your way. It is the defined way in which you want your employees to execute. It is what ensures a consistent approach.

We recommend that you prepare a Project Handbook at the Project level that serves as a checklist for all your projects. The Project Handbook should be divided into six sections: Start-up, Management, Agreements, Parties, Insurance and Completion. And add any other items as needed, but make them as simple as possible.
